Order Process
Commercial Offer
We collaborate with you to finalize the design and specifications. Once satisfied, sign and return the commercial offer. We will then send you a pro-forma for the deposit payment.

Dimension & Design Freeze
After accepting the commercial offer, the design and specifications are frozen. Any changes beyond this point may incur additional costs and impact the shipping date.

Order confirmation
Upon signing the commercial offer and making the deposit payment, our lead time begins. We will send you an order confirmation, including an estimated shipping date based on our current lead times.

Manufacture
Your project enters production. We will keep you updated and notify you when your products are nearing completion and undergoing quality checks. The final stage payment is due one week before shipping.

Delivery
All shipments depart on a Friday. If we handle delivery, it will be made kerbside for you to inspect and unload the goods. Late payments will delay shipping.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, goods will be sent on an articulated lorry. Notify us in writing if this vehicle type is unsuitable.
